The best way to evaluate software is to use it. Most demos merely allow you view some of the features of a program. Our demo version is a complete working copy of the program with four exceptions:

• Your agency name will appear as "Sample Fire Department" on all of your invoices and print-outs.
• The demo version will only allow you to enter 100 invoices (although you can "play" with those 100 indefinitely).
• The demo version will allow you to switch back and forth from the basic system to the insurance system so you can see the capabilities of each. Should you decide to purchase the program, it will come configured to whichever version you purchase (although you can add the insurance module to the basic system at any time).
• The Electronic Submissions Module will not be activated. You will be able to view some of the options, and there are complete screen-shots in the Help Menu that can be viewed to help you get a feel for the capabilities of the module.

We encourage you to put the program through its paces. Enter some invoices, print some insurance forms, and get a good feel for the program. If you hit a snag, please check the help system, or call for "human" help.

Additionally if you choose to purchase the program, you will have the option of starting over from scratch, or activating your demo version and keeping your demo invoices and settings.
